For those Who fans who saw (or missed) the Quadrophenia live tour, the DVD of the London show is out. BUY IT!

I'll have to check that out. When I was stationed in the Philippines in '73-74 , Quadrophenia was really hot. There was a big store on base where you could buy stereo equipment, a big room for each brand; Pioneer, Sansui. Akai, etc. I was tempted to buy a Quad amp/receiver but happily did not at the advice of a friend, instead I bought a Pioneer SX 727 stereo and it's still crankin' out the tunes.

The Who had originally wanted to record Quadrophenia in quadrophonic sound, but never followed through, so it was always a stereo recording (until the recent 5.1 remix.)
