Qualiton edition (European label)
Actually Qualiton was an Argentine label, founded in the first half of the 60s by Ivan Rene Cosentino as sublabel of the mother label "FONEMA s.c..a.".
And this page has the answer:
"SQI 4014: Roberto Lara interpreta a Abel Fleury. Short pieces for guitar by Abel Fleury. Roberto Lara, guitar. Album licensed by Qualiton to Lyrichord Discs, US."

The green edition above is from 1971, so this was the orginal release and the LP was re-named "The Guitar of the Pampas" for the Lyrichord editions.
