I should probably just PM default, grot or twocorgis, but...
AFAIK the my Pilot's case is original. It fits rather loosely and if I stand it up on edge the bass does move inside (in contrast to my rectangular JS case where the bass does not move). There is some kind of velcro strap arrangement that might have, at one time, held things in place by pinning the neck to the neck support in the case but it is no longer effective. Any cheap and easy remedys for a loose case?
When I rest my thumb on the P pickup, it moves a little. My guess is that there are some tensioning springs in the mount that are either weak or "stuck". Since I am not normally one who can successfully take things apart and put them back together and have them work I figured I'd ask before I got myself into trouble.
