I’m piecing together a ‘74 S100. I managed to order the pickup rings from the Guild shop before it mostly shut down. I’ve noticed the bridge ring has mounting screws with it but the shorter neck ring does not. I’ll assume it’s the same screws but probably 1/8” shorter? Also, what length springs are required to put the pickups in the rings? Thanks.

I use my local ACE Hardware. It's the "old school" style hardware store with drawers of screws and springs of all types and sizes and even has several drawers of black hardware. And if you just need one screw, you can buy one screw.

I take what I'm working on to the store (in your case the pickups) and stand at the drawers and try this and that until I find what I need. Pickup ring screws, cover screws, neck screws, etc.

Best of luck with your project.

More than likely Gibson stuff will work, they used a lot of silver and some black screws for mounting rings, the slotted PAF style height adjusting screws/springs might work with the Guild threads, and while the heads were different, that's only a minor detail. You can also use Phillips headed screws.

I have gobs of vintage guitar screws, the pickups screws for sure if Gibson ones will work.
