I know! I found it fascinating. I have a few Guilds with truss rod cavities initialed by Jeff Tougas (the neck fitter).

Wow!! They purposely designed a hole for the base of the neck so you can shoot steam in it to melt the glue should you need a neck reset!!!! Now that is a quality build. Thinking ahead for the end user like that is nice to hear.
