Yup, new (used actually) Yamaha day. This is the LS-TA Trans Acoustic guitar offered by Yamaha. They did a really nice job on this. A friend of mine met me a bit ago to buy a guitar from me and he brought with him the Dreadnaught version of this guitar. I've been trying a lot of new gear lately so I searched around until i found a nicely priced LS-TA on Reverb and I bought it.
It's an interesting guitar. It does have a typical piezo type pickup but what makes it a bit unique is that it offers Chorus and Reverb without plugging in. There are 3 low profile selector knobs on the side of the guitar. One is to activate the TA (Trans Acoustic) feature and volume. The other two are for Chorus and Reverb and it actually works and sounds pretty darned good You get a nice effect without plugging in. Here's a few specs on the guitar:

-Solid Englemann Spruce soundboard
-Solid EIR B&S
-Mahogany/Rosewood 5 ply neck
-Ebony board and bridge
-Gloss finish (satin neck)
