New truss rod on the old D-25M today, obtained from an LTG member.

Wouldn't you know, it arrived upside down! Fortunately, I just turned my guitar 180 degrees and voila!

You did remember that the little inscription on the back with the arrow that says "This end up" is supposed to face the cavity, right?
