Yeah I saw those pics to Stef. Sorry, I aint buying it. They are fake, doctored, photo shopped, what ever the word is. There is no bend in any of the branches they are standing on. They are also for the most part all standing on or near the ends of the branches which are one the thinnest part and two the hardest to reach. Hooved animals rarely climb trees. I was born at night but not last night. :p

Now Zelja those Golden eagles tossing goats off the cliffs is real, and fascinating.

Still aint buying it. :D
Those goats could have been placed in the tree. They didn't look so fond of being there and every one of them had to leap down the trunk which looked at least 3 to 4 feet vertical. How did they get up?. I would like to see video of them going from the ground up then maybe I would give it some credit. :D  :p

Speaking of which, and slight veer here, have you seen that episode of "Extreme Habitats" on Planet Green with the segment about Kazakh nomads and their trained eagles? They train 'em just like falcons, and for its first kill, a kid sends his young eagle after a snow fox. The eagle pins him but does need a little assistance from the boy for the "coup de grace".
It just amazes me that the relationship between humans and raptor(s) can be so close.
