But they're treating me like I am! They have Hospice nurses visiting 2X a week; they have taken over all my meds so there is no more cost to me, among other things.

This all started a couple weeks ago when I went into the hospital severely short of breath. They released me after a couple of days, but I have been on supplemental Oxygen pretty much ever since.

I have a portable unit but it's kind of a PITA to lug around.

No matter what our differences are or have been this is not something I wanted to hear. I hope it is hospice because there just isn't much they can treat rather than because The End Is Near.

Know someone using a portable unit and she sticks it on the seat of her rollator she uses when she walks and wheelies it around with her...you could probably rent a rollator to try it out.

Try to think positive.
