Just found a picture with the same message on a Russian blog.

And there was another one with the following words:

An American:
– We have Barack Obama, Stevie Wonder, Bob Hope and Johnny Cash.
A Russian:
– And we have Vladimir Putin, no wonder, no hope and no cash.

However I don't think Americans praise Obama much these days.
