Part IIA because this old body of mine has its own form of whack-a-mole. Once one thing gets better, something else pops up. This time, just when I was almost healed from my surgery, it decided to inflict major soft tissue pain just above my left knee! So, since this is where the guitar rests when I'm playing on a nylon string instrument (years of classical playing), I only had one day with the Cordoba so far. It did, however, dispel my early impression that it wasn't even sounding. In just the few hours I spent with it, the treble/bass balance is very good, at least to my ears. The guitar could use a setup, or maybe I've just been inactive for too long and my hands need to strengthen a bit.
Anyhow, no regrets about the purchase and can recommend this model whole heartedly. More later (I hope).
Cordoba GK Pro Negra.
