I stopped in my local indie shop (it's brother and brother, not mom & pop) to get some strings for my 512, at least to get a couple of .010s for the ones I've butchered learning to use the slotted tuner). All he had was a set of Elixirs. I told him I didn't like them (he doesn't either), but he said he'd give them to me for $5, so I figured I could take out the unwound strings and save them as singles. Anybody interested in the wound ones, let me know.
Anyhow, I was telling him about the tour and my 512 and that I had eight Guilds and he told me he had a woman who was going to trade a Guild on a Takamine he had in the shop-don't know what model Tak or Guild. He said he'd email me when it came in, so who knows, maybe a nice little model I can get for a reasonable price.
