I also have one for two of the other members of the band but I can't come up with anybody for our lead guitarist!

What "famous" musician does this guy look like?

Steven Spielberg nails it, but Clapton- maybe.

While I agree that he looks a little like Spielberg, I don't think that Steven plays the guitar.
