I’ve been waiting for one of these to pop up for sale at a reasonable price for awhile now. Finally got lucky.

Ironball Special Edition

This thing is loaded with options! I probably won’t see day light for a good 2 weeks.

Huh... Never heard of one, not sure I need one but it sounds like it could be a lot of fun. The "bridge between analog and digital" concept seems especially intriguing.

Hot damn congrats man! That thing looks killer! Kinda' reminds me of a Revv G20 a bit. The feature set on that is like a Mesa Mark..."no useful feature left out!" haha

I would love to hear a clip of some cleans and some chugs on it if you find the time :)

I just looked at the specs on that, and it's very impressive. I've always heard about Engl amps and seen the name, but I've never played one. It seems like a response to the REVV D20 and G20.

It looks like all anyone needs, and now I want one! Have fun, and happy belated b-day.

thanks, I liked it so much that I ordered a custom shop model. I haven't tried the REVV amps yet, but I will!

It's definitely geared towards the Heavy Metal type of sound, but you don't have to go there. You can dial it back to get some great Southern/Classic Rock tones, and it really shines with the 80's - 90's Rock tones. The onboard reverb and delay is all I need, well and maybe a MXR Phase 90 pedal :)
