We have tickets to see them here in July, a Christmas present from our kids.

I first saw them in 1974 at San Diego Sports Arena. The opening act was a new band called Aerosmith.

I was gonna go with China Grove because that intro is so iconic. As a kid every guitarist I knew wanted to play it.

Terrific band that I've seen live quite a few times. Not a fan of their stuff post Michael McDonald though. Yeah, I know he's a talented guy, I just never thought he was a good fit in the band, and took their music in the wrong direction for my tastes.

The rhythm section really shines on that song.

And the harmonica solo is so great, and unexpected.
