My Christmas Goose

Turkey is for Thanksgiving, Ham is for Easter, and Prime Rib on New Year's Eve. On Christmas Eve we pass on the Goose and go for a 45 pound Wahoo, cut into steaks and lightly smoked on the Weber with Pecan wood.

Oh yah! As soon as the snow melts, and trout season opens at the end of April, I'll have a fresh 1/2 lb. trout to eat. And I don't think I'll need a bigger boat, new waders maybe. And yes I am envious.
