It's difficult for me living in a "party town" and when you work smack-dabb in the middle of it, you see all the kids and young adults partying their asses off and being drunk and disorderly and ...... you just know they missed the point. That's the big rub for me.
No matter how you feel about war(s) in general, this is a day to remember those who DIED in service. But, that's the way so many holidays are celebrated....with BBQs! :numbness:
