Hello Samantha. The P-812 looks like a nice guitar. We don't talk much about the Madeira Guilds, but as frono said they were import guitars back in the '70s and '80s from Japan, I think. Your model looks like it was influenced by the Guild F-412, although I can't tell if it's similar dimensions or not.
Anyway, if you have any pictures to share, we'd love to have a look.

That guitar looks awesome! That's quite a decal on the lower bout. Is that a dragonfly? I can't really tell.
