No, I'm a righty. I just like looking at Guilds in any configuration. :) Interesting tidbid - I played in two bands where the lead guitarists were left handed, but I never knew because they learned to play right handed!

Nice, I'm the owner of those in the 1st shot. I sold the M75, X500, '68 SF IV (I bought the Guildsby from Hans Moust) and the 2000 SF IV. I have the other SF's still '61 SF III, '65 SF V and '66 SF VI. I also own this '65 DE 400 (the only known lefty to exist).

Wow, what a collection. Mouth-watering. And very nicely presented in this big frame - you really let them shine. Always a pleasure to meet a fellow lefty!

What was Guild's policy (say during the Hoboken and Westerly eras) about lefty guitars? Did they make a certain percentage of each model in left-handed versions? Were they only available as special orders? Just curious!

The 1977 catalog says "All instruments are available as left-handed models at 10% additional (plus $60 for models with a Bigsby Vibrato Tailpiece)."

Someone with more motivation than me can check other years. My recollection is that most of the time Guild didn't make a LH model until they had an order for it but there are probably more reliable recollections and "It Depends" is probably included in most of them.

Anyone would consider selling a lefty solid body Guild? I'm in the market.
