Golpeador is on! (That’s a tap plate for you non-flamencons. Also highly recommended if you want to use a nylon string guitar in a folk style. DON’T be like Willie. At least in that respect. Trigger may be iconic, but it’s still guitar abuse.)

Do those clear ones yellow with age?
I had a Larrivee that aged differently between the clear pickguard and top. It already had some aging toner on the top, so that might have caused it.

Looking fantastic! What material do you use for your inviso-golpeador? Is it some type of 3M self stick sheet?

Nawww. At least the only one I know... this is Don's Avalon L-32 Legacy Series from about the early 2000's?? It's such an amazing guitar. Just played it tonight as far as my messed up hand will allow. Anyway, it has an original clear pickguard.....

p.s. - we know it has a sound board crack, so it's getting humidified and then cleated. Not sure when that happened but... yeah. It hung in GC for years because no one knew it was a Lowden right after George left the factory in Ireland. What an amazing guitar!!

While waiting for the guitar to be complete - here is my bet for the weigth - 1023g - since you send the prize to US only - in case I happen to be closest - let the second closest have it.
