So, it happened in the far north, many years ago, in a very remote area. Old ways were still being practiced, and one of the old timers, a native trapper was preparing to go to his trap line, after the long cold winter. At the general store he had gathered his much needed supplies for the weeks of time required in the outdoors for the chore...Just as he was leaving he said he would also need a case of toilet paper. The store keep told him that all he had was this no name toilet paper, and the old man said that would be OK.
Several weeks later the old man came back with his haul, and stopped by the store. He asked the store keep if he remembered selling him the no name toilet paper..well of course the clerk replied.
Well, the old man said, I've got you a name for that stuff...you call it John Wayne Toilet Paper.
Why would you want to call it that the old clerk asked him?
The old trapper said, Because its rough, and its tough......and it don't take no $hit from no Indian.
