You've got to at least play a D-25! Like the other guys have said--just the best bang for the buck and you can find a gem for around 500 if you're just a little patient.

I'll keep my eyes out! It'll be a few months before I can scrounge together enough nickels to get one.

These guys are making me feel good again about my first Guild purchase 33 years ago, D-25M I just played it at a bluegrass gig last night and it didn't give up any ground to the GoldStar banjo that was right next to me!

And that DV25 I mentioned is basically the late nineties version of the D35.

Here's one you should look at...cosmetic issues but it looks sound, the seller seems like an enthusiast, and you'll notice plenty of saddle, always a good sign.

That’s a wonderful idea! Sort of like having local chapters of LTG for GAS support. :wink: :mrgreen:
