Okay my friends. Know that I was a DJ back in the day and then I know some disco was bad but it also infused music with percussion, horns, and strings, on the whole a great influence to me..... well, I think some songs are good and transcend time and place. This song came on the other day and I was transported to a really long time ago. I think they did a really good job with this one. Huge hit for them, maybe their only one, but if you get a vibe from this then that's GREAT!! Made me bounce in the kitchen just a little bit....

But even some well-made later years disco stuff is interesting - rest - just like most of rock-music or any other genre - not so much - there are real gems in every music category.
