What's that thing got like a 20" lower bout?
Really! Its kinda making me dizzy looking at it. I was going to post a charcoal self portrait I did of myself a couple years back but I don't think so now!

If you don't maintain the aspect ratio when resizing, it will distort. So it may not end up exactly 125 x 125. Or you can crop the image to be exactly square and then reduce it. I'll send you a pm......

Cool, I've been meaning to do something about this for a while. Thanks for the timely thread. This will do for now.

Just to follow up the appearance of my avatar (circa April 2010), I had significant difficulty trying to get it into this site from Photobucket; that site would reduce and save the image, but no "cut and paste" option would get it into this site via the Edit Avatar section...either the URL "didn't exist" or I got a long string of error messages over the screen.

What finally did work was saving the reduced image on Photobucket to My Documents on this computer, and then uploading from there. It worked in this way with no problem.

Edit: new one, October 2010 thanks to Twocorgis...you meet the strangest people in NYC

Outside Lombardi's no less! I dragged Krysh there for some pie as well.

Honestly, I like the other one better; you know I'm a crappy photographer!

Sandy,

You're not a crappy photographer......you just forget to charge the camera's batteries. ;) :D

P.S. Bill, great new avatar(s)! The Guild jacket one is my favorite, so far. 8)

Sandy,

My game resembles your motion avatar.  I do so miss Calvin and Hobbes!

That's actually why I chose it TF! I probably am the world's worst golfer, and find it to be the most humiliating pursuit one can undertake. Probably explains why I don't do it anymore, and just stick to being a hack guitarist.

Also a big Calvin and Hobbes fan...
