All Guilds look like Guilds, and Taylors look like Taylors.
No more mix 'n match pickguards.

They were around 16 bucks each.
If You'd like to install them without any trimming, buy the Jumbo guards, because they fit better.
I only ordered 1 Jumbo (and didn't use it yet), and had some trimming to do on the D4 guards.

Just checked Guitar Parts; I'll be ordering one soon but I'm not sure which one (D4 or Jumbo) will fit best on my GAD 30R. Maybe I'll call them or email them and see if I can get measurements so I know the difference. (I guess I could also measure the pickguard on my D55 and see if that gives me an idea.) Was it hard to remove the old pickguard? Joan

Thanks for the Saturday clinic,

That part is obvious. A little guitar TLC goes a long way!!Dr Izza Plumber said:I love all of them, including the GADs.
Dr Izza Plumber said:MY JF30-12 is an entry level Jumbo with great maple tone, plus it's big and very loud.
However the Taylor 855ce is a premium guitar built using top shelf materials, so tone wise, I'd give it the edge over My Guild 12's.
It's entirely possible that an F512 or F612 custom or JF55-12 could best the Taylor 855. Gits all have their own unique personality,
and I love all of them, including the GADs.
