Unless there are tremendous advancements in modern medicine over the next few decades, I likely won't have the opportunity to enjoy the results of your previously frozen guitars. Assuming they take on a uniqe cryo'd sound you could be a huge rock star upon your thaw debut, introducing "new" music from 200 years prior.

That's true, but for our European friends, only today (22/2/22) is a palindrome.

Pretty sure it's the rest of the world not just Europe that uses the 'day-month-year' sequence.
Only in America do you ask someone the date and they tell you 'February'.

I remember wondering why and apparently the US newspapers decided to print the dates as February 22nd instead of 22 February way back and the country just followed on doing it the same.
