Guild Starfire as First Electric Guitar?

Thanks for the link to the images of the Starfire basses. I will begin looking for a Starfire bass, but it will be a learnig process.

I just found out that our local folk music society allows only acoustic instruments, with one exception- if it is a bass. It seems that here locally good bass players are a rare bird.

Hmm.. that gives me some ideas.

There's always my B-4E although I upgraded because I wanted more sound as an acoustic.
