Guild F-30 Price??

How much is a Guild F-30 worth? I have a 1978 model, natural finish in excellent condition. Some very slight wear- no cracks. It is a great guitar, since lately I seem to be playing the classical and f-20 more I was wondering a fair price to ask if I decide to sell it.

I've seen them sell on the internet for averege of about $1000- is this the right ballpark?

Unfortunatly my camera is broken so I can't supply any pictures.

If I did decide to sell it I would offer it here at LTG first, and would provide pictures!

Don't know the blue book value, but an average of $1000 seems to be pretty close. Of course pics of the neck and bridge/saddle will help in deciding a fair price. If the guitar needs work like a reset, then obviously the asking price would be adjusted accordingly. F30 possibly for sale huh? I feel the GAS a brewin'.... :shock:

neck angle is good- my luthier reglued the bridge and said the guitar did not need a neckset. frets are not in bad shape either- when I bought it in 2003 the previous owner had it in a closet for many years, and when he wanted to start guitar again he wanted a new guitar. I guess that's like hearing with your eyes.

For the GAS'ers, if I decide to sell (which may take a few months to really decide- if I sell this I will have an incredably hard time finding one as clean) I will put it on LTG first- promise- would like to see it go to a good home.

So I take it that the $1000 range is fair................
