It seems a few of the indie rock/alt country type guys seem to use D25s - Ryan Adams does & we saw the guy from The Jayhawks with one. Here's Lou Barlow (from Dinosaur Jr & Sebadoh) using one in an acoustic performance with Bob Mould (Husker Du & Sugar) on MTV, way back in 1994:
