Looks fine to me judging by these pics aside from the replaced bridge pickup. The pickup may be fine too… The stuff I'd be interested in as a potential buyer: 1) neck angle—with the neck relief and bridge height properly set you don't wanna deal with high/weird action at the upper frets (and thus a likely neck reset); and 2) trussrod—it should turn smoothly in both directions, but if it's cranked tight in either direction something is likely wrong structurally. Also those solid Bluesbirds can be pretty heavy (assuming this matters to you).

A 70ies BluesBird wasn't called Aristocrat anymore. The Aristocrat name was only used until 1963 when it was discontinued.
Since 1968 the reissue was called BluesBird.

This specific one is a BluesBird "M-75 CS" for Chrome Hardware, Solid Body.
But it is not a 1974 one as it already has the tailpiece closer to the bridge in order to increase down pressure on the bridge. Hans wrote that was introduced around 1976, so it might be a 1976 or later one.
The headstock looks strange in the picture but that might be simply a light reflection. Otherwise all fine as it look.
