And yes, the F30r will be in one of the listing photos. Probably not that white blanket however 😂

I can hear my agent saying, "Take those down". She's not here, though, so knock yourself out. :)
I also said Gary to my wife, we should take them down, and she is like, no, they are staying up on wall lol

If you take them down, you will need to fill those holes and touch up the paint (at least)! Another reason to leave them there...

That's pretty much what I heard, too, when I saw the post. Less is more. One of the guys that made an offer on the house said, I saw the guitar hanger on the wall. Do you have a guitar? Yeah, not just the one, but less than many people I know. The living room was an odd shape and we had really solved the whole issue by creative placement of furniture and artwork that worked really well. I thought we'd leave it but the agent said, "NO!!"

Woody, where are you going??

The thing that really matters is clutter. You would need many more guitars on that wall to be cluttered.

Yeah we spent a year and a half looking at houses with our agent (we love our agent!) and learned a lot. One of the things we learned pretty early on is to just not see things like hanging guitars as a problem. Now, a giant poster or painting on the wall? I want to see the wall behind it. Guitars? I would say, “nice” and look for more. :)

Most things short of structural are easy fixes and just become haggling points for me.
