I know... Unfortunatelly that happened or even still happens in Asia I'm afraid... I would not want to know how some of the builings are built...I saw some scary examples in the past...

I was pretty impressed that they never crumbled.

They look like Rich Tea biscuits to me Very dry and quite hard and brittle. I quite like them for dunking, though you have to get the timing just right. Too little time and the tea or coffee only soaks in to the very surface layer. Just a little longer and they fall apart! I'm not a fan of them dry though.
