Love the screwed in pickguard. Something tells me this guitar was not a happy camper even before it's bridge came out.

Yikes. Well OK. I'm glad I've never owned an acoustic with a screwed in pickguard...I think that was a Harmony or Kay thing, maybe both on the lower end. Also ladder braced.
Such a clean break, that would be an easy fix. But golly, how does that happen??
This was on Facebook from the folks who fixed it, did a great job too, was gorgeous when they got done with it.Such a clean break, that would be an easy fix. But golly, how does that happen??
Just put a bit of binding around the hole and pretend it was a planned side sound hole.
Nothing higher tension strings wouldn't correct.
Or maybe a toe tag.Oh yeah red tag that one.
Oh, what a shame. Those Yaris are so beautiful, especially if you like bling... In this case it's "blong."
What I like even less than bling on guitars, is Kabongsters using them as Spider killers or emergency steak tenderizers.Oh, what a shame. Those Yaris are so beautiful, especially if you like bling... In this case it's "blong."
No, you're dating yourself! (I think I can speak freely as a Guild Boy.)You are SO dating yourselves with this EL Kabong deal....cartoons from 1970's????
I don't like those pointy headstocks either....but...Wow....
