Sounds like a great deal to me. I have a '77 D-35 with a nice sunburst that was given to me by an old friend from HS that doesn't play anymore (good friend eh?)... It is one sweet sounding guitar if you find one. I usually keep mine tuned to DADGAD or open G to give the old girl a break and I think it really shines for that. Chords are lush and blend nicely unlike some newer builds that don't ring together as nicely...
