Crowd pleasing appetizer

This plate of appetizers won't make it more than once around the room.

Bacon-Guacamole bites

Cut raw bacon into 3 pieces per slice and cook, drain

Put a spoonful of (home made) Guacamole on top of each piece of bacon

2-3 drops of Franks on top

Garnish with sprigs of cilantro

Enjoy. Better make a bunch of these.

Easy does it! (190mg sodium per teaspoon of Franks!....roughly the same goes for a single slice of bacon!)

If I went through what you have already this year, I'd be eating a rice cake w/ a spoon full of sugar free preserves on top!

Yum! Too bad the "good fat" in the guacamole counteract the "bad fat" in the bacon.
