Well, um, I listened for two and a half minutes and didn't notice ANY chord changes. It just stays in one chord -- call it Em -- with lots of lead played all over that backdrop. What sounds like a change out around 2:30 is just an inversion of Em, emphasizing the minor third note (G).

Actually it’s E7. For ever. Plus a harmonica solo. For ever.

Ordinary Bluesy Groove based on E7 (why asking if you knew). Many kinds of E chords could be used (including minors at times)...
Somehow, Blues combine both major and minor modes. A lot is being improvised around some dominant licks, moods and ideas or inspiration.

Glad to see you knew better than what I thought : here many people doing classical music and even so called 'jazz' have a deep disrespect for blues and folk/world musics. All that's not based on major/minor scales is currently despised and seen as a poorer approach to music for ignorant people mostly. My last (french) guitar teacher told me 'if you do 3 chords pieces...' in a very, very arrogant and despising way (he'd play blues in quite a lousy way actually too 😊), a good friend, once an outstanding blues, rhythm'blues and Afro blues music keyboards player was chucked out from the record company he had applied to, being told 'when you'll do more than E,A,B maybe...' So I thought it might have been the same here for some, sorry.

Then you're right, I didn't look at the Funny Papers mention above your post...My bad

Love it when great songs or musical pieces take really few chords, and tell so much...This one I dedicate to "The Whore" (some politician)
