Catalog with Studio models

Pulled from "the box" - crappy photocopy of what I think is either a 1969 or 1970 catalog.

I think my color version is 1970 because the JS II was 1970, not 1969.

The photocopy I have has a JS II bass so I guess that means 1970. So many catalogs/brochures!

Yeah. In Guild basses 1970 stands out. The JS bass was introduced in 1970 although the specs did not standardize on Guild humbuckers until 1971. The Starfire also got a bigger headstock and humbuckers in 1971. So the absence of humbuckers says "before 1971" and the presence of the JS says 1970 or later. A little logic or mathematics says 1970.

I do note the absence of "Deep Bodies" which suggests the color and B&W are different versions.

I believe the color is sitting somewhere here in a pile and I scanned the entire thing but I can't confirm that without a lot of digging
