The Yamaha FG-75 was the guitar I learned to play on (this is just an internet photo, not the actual guitar). It has a classical size body, but as you can see, it's a steel string. I borrowed it from my brother-in-law who bought it used in the late '70s for $90. I put silk and steel strings on it and played it for a year before I bought the Madeira that's in my avatar. Interestingly, my BIL still has the guitar! If my memory is correct (40+ years later), I think it was made in Taiwan. I need to ask him if it has a red, black or white label. It really was a good guitar for learning how to play.
