Cleaned 8 Sauger and 1 Walleye and put 17.9 gallons of gas in my truck for 70 cents. Had $2.50 off per gallon.

If they're big enough you can slice out the cheeks. Better than scallops.

Agreed. I've had it in restaurants.

In most parts of Canada the commonly used name for walleye is pickerel (real pickerel are found only in some southeastern border areas, although pike are widespread).
