But not a new Guild in the bunch. Coupla Tacoma Guilds, that's it.

Lots of old Gibson archtops! Not my forte', but they had a lot of them.

Two particular Martins caught my eye so I just had to take them down and play them ; a new D-45, $6,900 list  But what's not to like here? Sounded and felt great, looked wonderful.

Another Martin I played was the "Car Talk" Special Edition with Click & Clack, the Tappett Bros. inlaid into the headstock and worn out car parts inlaid into the frets. Very cool. $4,200.

Best sounding one I played today though was a Collings Herringbone rosewood dread with a German spruce top that was almost as white as Johnny Winters' hair  Man, did that one sound nice!!! And, flawless of course. $3,712.

Still not a single Connecticut Guild in the place. I think I'm going to email Elderly and ask why...
