There are many on the forum who have not put information in their profile as to where they are located. I know ya'll might think it to be "too much information" but letting folks know from what state you hail could well be a factor as far as selling guitars goes. Just a thought.

Amen. I think you're hardly giving away privileged information to let us know your part of the country. Come to think of it, I'll bet we have members whose entire lives are detailed on facebook, but don't profile their home state. On a related note, I sure wish folks wouldn't delete their asking price when an item sells. Nobody is prying about the final sales terms, but that asking price is valuable info for any of us who might be in the market for similar.

To me it always got relevant whenever somebody asked if they should humidify their guitars. :lol:
