60s Starfire bass sighting on NPR

Caught sight of the thumbnail in my YouTube feed. Don't know the band. He straps on the Starfire about the 9 minute mark. Looks to be Hoboken era, but I'll let you bass experts decide.

The Smile is the band and has two members from Radiohead. Thom Yorke is the Starfire player. A pic which is almost certainly the same bass is below. As noted almost certainly a Starfire II form min-67 to 1970.
