an EXTREMELY rare guitar...one of two made, apparently, and the other example (in S/B) burned in a house fire..so, is the ONLY example left, according to all my sources...

Hello Guideragain,

This guitar has been for sale for a while. It is absoluely a rare guitar. I'm not too sure about the '2 instruments made, one burned in a house fire'.

Anyway, I've seen a single pickup X-500 before, so there are more than just one. Cool guitar though!

Edit: It turns out that the X-500 Special that I've seen before, is exactly the guitar that is for sale right now.
