1962 Guild A-150 + 1949 Epiphone Zephyr Deluxe

Hi all!

Went to a nice guitar shop today and thought I would share my findings.

A well played but promising Guild A-150 and a nice Epiphone Zephyr Deluxe.

I'm going to negotiate on the Epiphone and see what happens on the Guild.

Interestingly the Epiphone and the Guild are somewhat related. The history between Epiphone and Guild is well known and these guitars show that.

Isn't it fun to see how Guild changed their carving technique the year they lost Johnny Smith and his subsequent defection to Gibson!
Really surprised to see that.

Excellent video, I watched it last night. I saw both those guitars up for sale, it was nice to get an up close look at both of em. Been watching your other videos, great stuff, keep it up.

I had that model and year Epi for a while, cost me $395 in 1973. Traded it even up for my Mark V a few years later.
