That 57 Guild X-500 is a very nice instrument. I'd buy it even if you have to put money into it.

Those inlays are INCREDIBLE. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the white part is a single piece and the V is kind of rounded like a heart shape, right?

I'd sell a kidney for that X-500 (someone else's kidney but still...). Fantastic looking guitar. :mrgreen:

Hi!

Thanks to everyone that recommend to me to get this beauty guitar!

Just I have received it, and I want to share with you some pics (as soon I received, I have put flatwound strings 12-52, and I´ve taken the pickguard, out!, What an awesome wood, like and vintage furniture!

I adjusted a little to get better action, and I love his neck! is some fatter that I have played before, but I´ll be working to win on that.

The best is his sound, you don´t need to be moving the tone control (it helps to find a nice sound) but is very easy to get a nice jazz tone directly.
