Gilmour is my favourite guitar player, bar none. He doesn't really come in very high in most of these "greatest guitar player of all time" polls/stories, but he can make a guitar express emotion like few others. Even though "Wish you were here" shows Roger Waters as the writer (at least first writer), this has to be the signature song of Pink Floyd, and for David Gilmour as well.
