I love the Hooker and the Gracie shots. The Hooker pic was taken in front of Joe's Record Shop on Hastings Street in Detroit, now long gone.

"Patrick Sky was a Guild endorser during the second half of the '60s and the guitar in the video is an F-50R Special that was made for him at that time…"

Maybe I shouldn't ask, but how do these 20 something folks come up with the idea of playing a Guild?

As for me 3 years ago when I began getting interested in guitars, a friend of mine suggested: "why don't you look into finding an ' "old" ' Guild?" That started me on a seemingly never ending quest to find out about it.

Most of the time I see photos or video of Sean playing guitar, it's something vintage - many times I've seen him with an old Harmony acoustic. So it may be simply that he likes vintage stuff, but I really have no idea!

Nice photo of Peter Tork! Not too often do you see Davy Jones on drums...

Must add this pic of my friend Dougie, a superb fingerstylist who makes his Guild SING!

Dougie is a weekly force at the Ruskin House Folk & Blues Club in London. This pic was taken on 12/6/13 at Ruskin House:
