Welcome. People who have better memories will be along soon but my memory is that Corona production started around 2002 and ended circa 2005 so '90's seems too early.
"Yup".
Actually Corona "officially" started in Jan '02 and closed down in late '04 and Tacoma was already gearing up for production in early '05.
BUT, more to the point for our new member:
Welcome aboard JRmiller!
The only source I know of for that info is our member Hans Moust who wrote "The Guild Guitar Book" (long before this place even existed).
He'll need the complete s/n to nail it down, that "CUT" prefix was model specific and independent of dating info.
It wasn't so much that records "weren't great" as simply not well maintained/organized by Fender at the time, as far as updating the info they already had in Guild's on-line listing and even being poorly organized at their corporate headquarters in Scottsdale AZ.
If Hans doesn't see this in a day or 2 he can be contacted at:

FWIW, as a Corona fan, my memory is that they only built F47Rce's in '02 and '03 in Corona as it was, but could be dead wrong about that.
PS At the risk of sounding over the top I consider F47Rce's one of their crowning achievements. It had a long history in the line having been built both before and after Corona.
Coronas were for the most part almost identical to the preceding Westerly version, but they had some significant re-design in Tacoma.
And we LOVE pics!
