Zelja, Barry Tashian went on to play in Emmy Lou Harris's band, and I believe is currently a songwriter in Nashville. I am sure with a little searching you could probably write him and ask! Some time long ago I did that with a question on a Teisco his bass player used (as I thought, it was really a baritone-guitar). Maybe I got his contact info off a web site?

It's a now discontinued GAD series F-130 I'd say. No truss rod cover.
