Now that I think about it, Tom, it should be a problem for me too. Can't understand why it isn't, and I've dumped guitars that had these specs because of hand issues.

I've gotta measure the nut width on this guitar and compare this 57 F-30 to the 64 iteration I have. In the process of moving right now so my tools aren't with the guitar, but I'd be curious to see how the dimensions changed between those 7 years.

Hey, I just saw this on Reverb a couple minutes ago.
The price is a hard stop for me, but I love old players guitars like that.
I was looking for a decent Hoboken F30 for a while, but my interest seemed to coincide with them jumping out of the more consistent $1000-1200 range on Reverb, and they seem to have become even more uncommon since the first couple I missed the boat on.

But hey, apparently there's still hope for the cheapies to pop up every now and again.

I thought lots of folks played the "A" chord with the slanted first joint of the middle finger--I do.

Only my ring finger is jointed this way, none of the others. But yeah, that's the finger I use to barre three strings on the same fret.

Lot of ways to get same results - if you do it enough and can repeat it without the thought process, your way works. Basic "G" chord played several ways

Sold locally to one of the previous owners of this guitar, who happened to find it in the Facebook Guild group. Awesome.
